Survey & Plan
A home visit to scope the room, agree the layout and give you one written price.
Strip Out & First Fix
Old fittings removed; any plumbing or electrical first fix carried out by an approved specialist we manage directly.
Tiling & Flooring
Walls and floor tiled by hand, then flooring, skirting and thresholds fitted and finished.
Sanitaryware, Paint & Carpentry
Bath, shower, toilet and basin installed, walls painted, plaster and carpentry details finished.
Handover
Room cleaned down and handed back, snag-free.

Do you do the plumbing and electrical work yourselves?
Regulated work like plumbing and electrics is carried out by approved specialists we bring in and manage directly, so it's certified properly. We stay on-site coordinating the whole job rather than handing you off to a separate contractor.
How long does a bathroom renovation take?
Most full bathroom renovations take 1–2 weeks depending on scope, from strip-out through tiling, flooring and finishing. You'll get an exact timeline with your written quote.
Is this a fixed price, or can costs change once you start?
You get one written price after a free survey. If something unexpected turns up once we strip a room back (old damage, for example), we'll always talk it through with you before doing any extra work, not after.
